Patient Testimonials

“Thought I’d drop you a line and let you know I did a triathlon today. Half mile swim, 18 mile bike, 4 mile run. It went great! Fastest swim, 23mph on the bike on a road bike, not a tri bike, no race wheels either.

Big difference between those types, road bikes are typically slower!!! Ran the 4 mile run in 26:45, apprx 6:40 pace. I ended up 2nd overall. I’ve done no speedwork on the run yet and I think it’s probably time. I felt fine on the run, I’ve just done no speedwork and wasn’t able to pull the guy back in front of me. I just didn’t have that next gear:)

I want to thank you again for all of your help since January! I would never be where I am without you and your help. If I can write anything for you or if you would like to post anything on my successes and recovery just let me know.

Thanks again!”

“After spending a year trying other physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, an acupuncturist, and a chiropractor for severe and debilitating lower back and upper leg pain, I went to Savas who got me back to 100% pain free in a very short time period. I was able to start exercising again, play with my child, and resume normal working activities. Savas gave me my life back and I have made it my mission to make sure that anyone who suffers from chronic or acute pain visits him for treatment.”

“After many years of back pain including two back surgeries, a friend of mine suggested I visit the physical therapist she had been using for her back problems. I followed her advice and have been working for over 4 months now with Savas Koutsantonis at One on One Physical Therapy. Using a traditional physical therapy program, myofascial release, and a Pilates-based exercise program with the help of Savas my back feels stronger than it has in years and my level of daily pain has decreased dramatically. As a healer, Savas not only has in-depth knowledge of the anatomy and function of the spine, but also an innate understanding of the emotional toll of chronic pain. When I am working with Savas he gives me his undivided attention, reassuring me on the days I feel discouraged and celebrating with me on the days I realize the progress I am making. He has provided me with a detailed and thorough home exercise program and has always been available by phone or email whenever I had any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with Savas until my back has reached maximum potential for healing and remain ever grateful for his guidance and expertise.”
