“Freedom through mobility.”

Stephanie Ballis earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University.  Prior to that, she worked in business and sales, graduating cum laude from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.

Stephanie chose a career in Physical Therapy because she felt that it was the one field that targeted mental and physical well-being simultaneously.

Stephanie has a personal interest in athletics, orthopedic injuries, and the psychological components of recovery. Stephanie is a strong proponent of preventative medicine and was involved in the ACL prevention research conducted at One on One.

Stephanie feels that because of her personal experience with the One on One difference as a student, patient, and now as a clinician that she can positively influence the outcomes and lives of those that she treats.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, lifting weights, doing Pilates, cooking, and practicing what she preaches.
